Utah Work/Life Awards
Digital Financial Group is delighted to announce that it was recently named one of the Top 20 Places to Work in Utah and received the highest ranking of all Utah companies in the area of Flexibility and Benefits. As a result, DFG received an award at the 13th Annual Work/Life Award Luncheon held Thursday, January 12th in Salt Lake City Utah attended by some members of the DFG staff.

The Work/Life Award is managed by the Utah Department of Work Force Services and is calculated based on data taken directly from an extensive employee survey. Each company’s award data is quantified and formulated into an index score from 0-100. Digital Financial Group scored an overall score of 96 out of 100 placing them in the top 20 out of more than 300 companies who applied for the award.
